Made-to-Order Products
Most products sold by Bugsy’s Place are made to order through our trusted print-on-demand production partners. Because each item is produced specifically for you, production begins after your order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed once you’re payment has cleared.
Production times may vary during holidays, promotional events, periods of high order volume, or due to product availability.
Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.
Shipping Times
After production is complete, your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and the shipping method selected during checkout.
Please note that all shipping estimates are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. May take up to 10 days for your order to arrive.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the items ordered, destination, and available shipping methods. Your shipping charges will be displayed before your order is finalized.
Tracking Your Order
When available, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
Please allow a short period for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced at different fulfillment facilities. As a result, your items may ship separately, have different tracking numbers, and arrive on different dates.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Bugsy’s Place is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
Lost Packages in Transit
If your package appears to be lost while in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with our production partner and shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and assist in finding an appropriate resolution whenever possible.
Delivered Packages
Once a shipping carrier marks a package as Delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If your package has been marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend that you:
- Check around your delivery location.
- Ask family members, neighbors, or your apartment office.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- Allow an additional 24–48 hours, as some carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive.
Bugsy’s Place will gladly assist you in contacting the carrier; however, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Stolen Packages
Bugsy’s Place is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery and does not provide refunds or replacements for stolen packages.
If package theft is common in your area, we recommend shipping your order to a secure location where someone can receive it safely.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver every order as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Holiday shipping volume
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Product availability
- Other unforeseen events
