Because our products are made after you place your order, production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

Because orders enter production quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Most products are made specifically for each customer, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color, or for buyer’s remorse. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact Bugsy’s Place within 14 days of delivery before returning anything. Include your order number along with clear photos of the product, the shipping box, the packaging, and the shipping label (when possible). We’ll review your claim and provide return instructions if a return is required. Please do not return any item without prior authorization.

6. Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time, Bugsy’s Place ships only within the United States. If we expand our shipping locations in the future, we’ll update our website with the latest information.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information if it’s available from the shipping carrier.

Yes. Most products are created after your order is placed rather than being kept in inventory. This allows us to offer a growing selection of unique designs.

The Muzic Vault is our collection of original music featuring uplifting Christian songs, country music, patriotic music, and other family-friendly recordings created to encourage and entertain listeners.

10. Who is Bugsy?

Bugsy is my real-life Maine Coon cat and the inspiration behind the name Bugsy’s Place. He has become the face of the store and is featured throughout the website.
